When it comes to public transit, the Waterloo region has many options available for you to choose from. The ION LRT is a transit system that runs through the Kitchener-Waterloo area. It is responsible for connecting all cities with rapid transportation

GRT is Waterloo’s public transport operator. It operates daily bus services for the region and has many convenient located stops all around the city. This makes it easy to get around to your final destination.

Notably, this area is also populated with taxis and Uber drivers. For those who like to run and bike, Uptown features dedicated cycling lanes that make it easy to travel around on. There are also plenty of trails that make cycling an efficient means of getting around.
