Cedar Hill is located near downtown Kitchener and is one of oldest neighbourhoods within the city. It dates back to the early nineteenth century when it was called Sand Hills. Although Cedar Hill is a smaller neighbourhood, it is very much part of downtown’s core and is one of the most densely populated areas within Kitchener-Waterloo. 

Cedar Hill has a variety of housing options available including apartments, condos, townhouses, and detached homes.
