Mcmullan’s is a Kitchener Waterloo based set of pubs; the first opened on the corner of Princess and King street in Waterloo’s uptown, and the second is their Kitchener location on Highland and Patricia. It is a classic pub offering great food and drinks located in the heart of Cherry Hill. 


On Cherry Hill’s Westside is  Belmont Family Medical Centre, which offers primary care services including but not limited to prenatal care, pediatric care, urgent care and periodic health exams. Within Cherry Hill is St. John’s Catholic Elementary School servicing students from JK-Grade 8 St.Johns fosters a learning environment that provides students with an excellent education from teachers who understand their specific needs. Cherry Hill’s location is ideal for those looking to utilize Grand River Transit’s public transit options to commute to work. Throughout the neighbourhood routes, 4 and 20 can take you through downtown and loop back to Waterloo’s Boardwalk terminal. Routes 1 and 12 run along the very edge of the neighbourhood’s borders offering access to Conestoga Mall and Fairview Mall’s Terminals.

Finally, the route 204 is the iXpress between the boardwalk and the West-side of Kitchener via Ottawa and Lackner. On the northern edge of Cherry Hill running along King Street is the ion Light Rail Transit; it has stations in front of Grand river hospital and Uptown waterloo connecting the city from either end stopping at Conestoga and Fairview Mall. 



Iron Horse Trail

Iron Horse Trail runs through Cherry Hill along a former railway path. This makes the trail a scenic and historic landmark for the city. Many may not know that this route is part of the Trans Canada Trail and stretches around 5 km. The trail joins both Uptown Waterloo and Downtown Kitchener. It was made in an effort between the two cities to preserve a historic passage by turning it into a trail for recreational purposes. Iron Horse Trail allows residents to take in the city’s beautiful urban landscapes and green spaces. It is perfect for any family who loves the outdoors.


Victoria Park is aptly nicknamed Kitchener’s crown jewel; with a mixture of natural beauty and modern features.
