Conservation Meadows is a picturesque, small neighbourhood of newer homes in a small, intimate neighbourhood. Groceries are only a 6 minute drive to Sobeys or Food Basics, or 10 minutes to Goodness Me, or Dutchie’s Fresh Market, for those who prefer natural, sustainable food products. If you’re looking for an Asian food market, it’s an 11 minute drive to the Waterloo Central Supermarket. For Indian food, it’s only a 5 minute drive to Onkar Foods and Spices. So, whatever your cravings might be, you have plenty of options close by.

St Jacob’s Farmers’ Market is also only a 6 minute drive away from local, farm fresh food, locally made goods, and so much more.

Groceries aren’t the only thing close by, though. With The Boardwalk only minutes away, you have access to Walmart, Costco, Bed Bath & Beyond, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Canadian Tire, Mark’s, Staples, Pet Smart, Curry’s Art Store, places to get a haircut or your nails done, and much more.

There are no schools within the neighbourhood boundaries of Conservation Meadows, so students are bussed to the closest schools. 

Public school children (K-6) attend N A MacEachern Public School which offers French immersion to students, grades 1-6, while middle school students can receive the same at MacGregor Public School for grades 7-8. High school students attend Sir John A MacDonald Secondary School or Waterloo Collegiate Institute.

Catholic students can attend Sir Edgar Bauer Catholic School in Lakeshore or St. David Catholic Secondary School.
