Forest Hill is located off of Highland Road in the Kitchener city centre, about 10 minutes from downtown. It has been a part of the Kitchener community since the 1960’s.

For Catholic schooling, St. Paul’s Catholic School offers kindergarten, elementary grades, and french immersion. Resurrection Catholic Secondary School is just a 10-minute drive down Fischer-Hallman Road.

Southridge Public School and Forest Hill Public School offer Junior Kindergarten to Grade 6. Once students graduate, they typically transfer to Queensmount Senior Public School (which offers grades 7 & 8 specifically) or Laurentian Public School (just a 4-minute drive down Westmount in Laurentian Hills.) 

Forest Heights Collegiate Institute high school is conveniently right beside Forest Hill in its sister neighbourhood, Forest Heights (a three minute drive for most parents and a 15 minute walk for most students.
