There are no buses in Maple Hills, adding to the feeling of being in the deep woods, but that doesn’t mean residents aren’t close to some of GRT’s major bus lines. Route 5 takes residents Uptown Waterloo and towards the Bridgeport area. The 201 runs along Fischer Hallman giving Maple Hill residents access to Conestoga Mall and the Forest Glen Plaza. For university students, the route 202 runs down Erb St.W travelling in front of The University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University.
